無機物礦(kuang)產隔(ge)絕(jue)線(xian)纜俗稱主動消防安(an)全線(xian)纜,其導體由多股鋁線(xian)絞合而成,以高(gao)層(ceng)白(bai)礦(kuang)石(shi)帶做(zuo)隔(ge)絕(jue)層(ceng),白(bai)礦(kuang)石(shi)帶選擇(ze)玻(bo)離黏膠纖維布作基料,表面選擇(ze)銅帶豎向包著(zhu)不斷焊接(jie)生產將(jiang)(jiang)其敞開式搭建外保護(hu)線(xian)套(tao)(tao),再將(jiang)(jiang)平整的(de)外保護(hu)線(xian)套(tao)(tao)磨血成旋轉(zhuan)形。

耐(nai)(nai)(nai)火(huo)安全耐(nai)(nai)(nai)磨性測試影(ying)響的是電(dian)線(xian)在著火(huo)經濟條(tiao)件下的持繼(ji)配電(dian)的能力,為(wei)查驗粘土粘土礦(kuang)物隔絕(jue)電(dian)線(xian)(BTTZ)和(he)三聚(ju)氰(qing)胺樹脂粘土粘土礦(kuang)物隔絕(jue)電(dian)線(xian)(YTTW)的耐(nai)(nai)(nai)火(huo)安全耐(nai)(nai)(nai)磨性,分離按GB/T19216、 IEC331、 BS6387的耐(nai)(nai)(nai)火(huo)實驗所規定標(biao)準。對規格參數為(wei)4×25哪幾種電(dian)線(xian)來進行相對測試。測試的結果見表1。

這(zhe)樣(yang),要(yao)反饋真(zhen)實(shi)的(de)(de)上(shang)火(huo)生(sheng)活(huo)環(huan)境(jing)下線(xian)纜(lan)的(de)(de)不斷供(gong)電設備學習能力,其(qi)試驗裝置生(sheng)活(huo)環(huan)境(jing)因該(gai)更刻(ke)薄(bo),國際去(qu)年(nian)(nian)遭受(shou)的(de)(de)上(shang)火(huo)特(te)大事(shi)故也說言簡意賅這(zhe)一點兒。1984年(nian)(nian)法國巴黎(li)King cross輕(qing)軌站遭受(shou)上(shang)火(huo),1997年(nian)(nian)芬蘭dusseldorf候機(ji)樓遭受(shou)上(shang)火(huo),窒息死(si)亡16人(ren),傷60多的(de)(de)人(ren)選擇。線(xian)纜(lan)的(de)(de)可靠耐火(huo)穩定性(xing)出現了朋友更多密(mi)切(qie)的(de)(de)給予重視,特(te)別是在是歐洲其(qi)他國家對線(xian)纜(lan)的(de)(de)耐火(huo)性(xing)符合要(yao)求挺(ting)高。

加拿(na)大(da)地鐵線平臺制定(ding)出的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)新的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)高壓電(dian)攬(lan)耐火(huo)性進(jin)行(xing)研究所(suo)室(shi)(shi)耍(shua)求,明顯相關(guan)指定(ding)了幾乎(hu)所(suo)有校正均在同樣一根高壓電(dian)攬(lan)打樣定(ding)制安于現狀行(xing)。進(jin)行(xing)研究所(suo)室(shi)(shi)耍(shua)求在950丙烷(wan)(wan)(wan)燃燒(shao)(shao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)火(huo)焰丙烷(wan)(wan)(wan)燃燒(shao)(shao),時(shi)間間隔10min突(tu)(tu)破(po)(po)(po)(po)一個,并(bing)增加750V的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)額定(ding)值值直流(liu)電(dian)阻值,堅持(chi)3小(xiao)時(shi)英文后,保持(chi)此丙烷(wan)(wan)(wan)燃燒(shao)(shao)突(tu)(tu)破(po)(po)(po)(po)壯(zhuang)態堅持(chi)噴(pen)淋系統15min,往后將同樣一打樣定(ding)制以突(tu)(tu)破(po)(po)(po)(po)點為中按相關(guan)指定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)圓(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)直徑彎(wan)折180°,彎(wan)折后在彎(wan)折點接著(zhu)做時(shi)間間隔十秒突(tu)(tu)破(po)(po)(po)(po)一個、堅持(chi)1分之五鐘的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)突(tu)(tu)破(po)(po)(po)(po)進(jin)行(xing)研究所(suo)室(shi)(shi),再將突(tu)(tu)破(po)(po)(po)(po)后的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)打樣定(ding)制滲(shen)透到水1h再增加750V的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)額定(ding)值值直流(liu)電(dian)阻值。該耐火(huo)效(xiao)能進(jin)行(xing)研究所(suo)室(shi)(shi)耍(shua)求取(qu)得了中國(guo)很多的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)國(guo)、更(geng)是是荷蘭(lan)國(guo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)絕大(da)多數批準。

跟據(ju)(ju)英格(ge)蘭地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)鐵線(xian)廠(chang)家法(fa)律法(fa)規的實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)讓(rang),他們對指(zhi)定規格(ge)參數(shu)(shu)的二種以(yi)(yi)(yi)上所(suo)述高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)線(xian)確定了對比性(xing)軟(ruan)件測試(shi)。在(zai)軟(ruan)件測試(shi)進(jin)程(cheng)中,二種高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)線(xian)的原(yuan)輔(fu)(fu)料(liao)(liao)都(dou)順(shun)當完成(cheng)(cheng)完成(cheng)(cheng)然燒(shao)和自噴這兩(liang)關鍵時期(qi)的實(shi)驗(yan)(yan),可是(shi)在(zai)突(tu)破(po)點拉伸(shen)(shen)180°時,硅化物硅酸(suan)鹽(yan)礦物質隔熱(re)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)線(xian)(YTTW)的銅接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)性(xing)接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)護(hu)(hu)線(xian)套在(zai)拉伸(shen)(shen)點處沿焊接(jie)(jie)縫(feng)隙破(po)裂,破(po)裂段長度高(gao)出10cm,并(bing)看得出到云母(mu)片(pian)片(pian)帶(dai)以(yi)(yi)(yi)及被(bei)燒(shao)成(cheng)(cheng)青色粉末狀狀;經典硅酸(suan)鹽(yan)礦物質隔熱(re)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)線(xian)(BTTZ)的銅接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)性(xing)接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)護(hu)(hu)線(xian)套表(biao)(biao)層(ceng)既然有(you)突(tu)破(po)帶(dai)來的劃痕(hen)(hen)可是(shi)無目力看得出磨痕(hen)(hen)。陸陸續(xu)續(xu)對拉伸(shen)(shen)點一(yi)直做(zuo)每過(guo)47分鐘突(tu)破(po)一(yi)次性(xing)、堅持147分鐘的突(tu)破(po)實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)。YTTW銅接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)性(xing)接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)護(hu)(hu)線(xian)套在(zai)拉伸(shen)(shen)點處的磨痕(hen)(hen)更多,破(po)裂處的云母(mu)片(pian)片(pian)以(yi)(yi)(yi)及嚴峻刮破(po),測隔熱(re)體現(xian) 0MΩ。BTTZ原(yuan)輔(fu)(fu)料(liao)(liao)既然整根高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)線(xian)以(yi)(yi)(yi)及嚴峻彎曲變形(xing),可是(shi)接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)性(xing)接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)護(hu)(hu)線(xian)套表(biao)(biao)層(ceng)仍無目力看得出磨痕(hen)(hen),測隔熱(re)體現(xian) 以(yi)(yi)(yi)上1200MΩ。要經過(guo)這個軟(ruan)件測試(shi)后,將突(tu)破(po)后的原(yuan)輔(fu)(fu)料(liao)(liao)浸(jin)沒水內后給予750V電流。YTTW原(yuan)輔(fu)(fu)料(liao)(liao)鑒于接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)性(xing)接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)護(hu)(hu)線(xian)套表(biao)(biao)層(ceng)破(po)裂且以(yi)(yi)(yi)及斷路難以(yi)(yi)(yi)完成(cheng)(cheng)這項軟(ruan)件測試(shi),而BTTZ原(yuan)輔(fu)(fu)料(liao)(liao)順(shun)當完成(cheng)(cheng)完成(cheng)(cheng)。

按照其(qi)電(dian)(dian)力(li)低(di)壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)覽的(de)耐壓(ya)沖(chong)(chong)擊(ji)現場實驗沖(chong)(chong)擊(ji)現場實驗標準規定,150V/s的(de)進程(cheng)升(sheng)壓(ya)至(zhi)2500V、將持續(xu)15min,應不熱(re)損(sun)壞(huai)(huai)。的(de)部分YTTW電(dian)(dian)力(li)低(di)壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)覽升(sheng)壓(ya)至(zhi)1300V時出現熱(re)損(sun)壞(huai)(huai)。3h后(hou)(hou)繼續(xu)加(jia)入的(de)端電(dian)(dian)壓(ya),升(sheng)壓(ya)至(zhi)20V時就繼續(xu)熱(re)損(sun)壞(huai)(huai)。此沖(chong)(chong)擊(ji)現場實驗顯示YTTW電(dian)(dian)力(li)低(di)壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)覽熱(re)損(sun)壞(huai)(huai)后(hou)(hou)就沒(mei)有(you)辦(ban)法(fa)恢(hui)復原狀其(qi)電(dian)(dian)子商務使用性能(neng)。

BTTZ低壓(ya)電(dian)覽線以150V/s的(de)進(jin)程(cheng)升(sheng)壓(ya)至(zhi)(zhi)2500V,將延續15min未引(yin)發了(le)穿(chuan)(chuan)透原(yuan)因(yin)。為試驗報告其耐壓(ya)試驗電(dian)能(neng)力(li)方面(mian),接著升(sheng)壓(ya)至(zhi)(zhi)3500V時(shi)低壓(ya)電(dian)覽線引(yin)發了(le)穿(chuan)(chuan)透。3h后(hou)第(di)三(san)步加(jia)入(ru)的(de)電(dian)阻值,以150V/s的(de)進(jin)程(cheng)升(sheng)壓(ya)至(zhi)(zhi)2500V,將延續15min還沒有完全引(yin)發了(le)穿(chuan)(chuan)透原(yuan)因(yin)。從此可見,老式礦(kuang)物質電(dian)絕緣低壓(ya)電(dian)覽線在穿(chuan)(chuan)透后(hou)依舊需要灰復其原(yuan)始的(de)能(neng)力(li)方面(mian)。
